Shipping Information for Switzerland

We ship our products throughout Switzerland via express courier or Swiss Post.

Deliveries in Switzerland take place within 2 to 10 business days from the order confirmation, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

You will receive an email upon purchase and payment receipt, informing you of the expected delivery date.

You will receive another email as soon as the products you ordered leave our warehouses. This email will include a link to track your package so you can know where your products are at any time.

SHIPPING COST FOR SWITZERLAND

During the purchase process, your cart will always display the shipping cost and the expected delivery date.

For orders under 49.00 CHF, the shipping cost throughout Switzerland is 9.90 CHF.

For orders over 49.00 CHF, shipping is free.

SAFE TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING

Your products will always arrive intact thanks to the use of certified packaging.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with the tracking code of your order, allowing you to always know the delivery day and the location of your goods.

However, if you receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, note this anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document the courier will ask you to sign, describing the anomaly observed.

Then notify Senes Cosmetic's customer service at info@senescosmetic.ch, attaching photos of the damage, the packaging, and any damaged products.
